Additionally, BR&A is certified by the State of Illinois Central Management Services as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) through its Business Enterprise Program (BEP). BR&A is also registered with SAM.gov.

Barb Rogers, President

Barb Rogers began her career in marketing and advertising over 25 years ago, starting out at global advertising agency, Bozell Worldwide on the Chrysler and Jeep business.  Throughout her career, she has worked for well-known companies such as The Weather Channel, Fox Sports Net and TV Guide, partnering with global marketers such as Proctor & Gamble, Sherwin-Williams, General Motors, FCA, Ford and Wendy’s International, helping them to reach their marketing goals through well-designed, strategically targeted programs. She also has extensive experience working within the digital media, programmatic media, and media tech space. 

In 2013, Rogers launched B. Rogers & Associates, LLC to help businesses and organizations thrive and grow.  Her experienced team brings the knowledge necessary to design programs that are efficient and effective in driving results for clients.

Rogers holds a B.A. in Public Relations from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
